Today in human geography we talked about time and clocks. We
talked about why the world isn’t all on the same time frame, what made people
make a certain way to tell time, and how it would affect everyone if we changed
this. It all relates to their circadian cycle. Circadian cycle is your natural
and biological cycle and clock. Your body creates a natural cycle for when you
wake up and when you sleep. The clock just keeps you on the schedule. Changing
the time will mess up your mind and mess your schedule up. Then we talked about
Fleming. He was the man who wanted to create a time frame. In 1976 he proposed
the idea for the whole world to have the same 24 hour clock, other scientists disapprove
of this so his idea was not introduced. By 1900 almost all time on Earth was in
the form of standard time. The clock doesn’t determine our schedule, It’s our
body and minds.
